The donuts are always fresh and the customer service is top tier. We love this place. I have friends coming from harrisburg to get donuts on the weekends, that's how delicious they are!!

We got a dozen donuts, I will never touch another donut without having a flashback of the donut experience I had with The Donut House. My son and I both looked at each-other like we had both experienced and alter reality in our mouth and took a moment of silence to both come out and say that another well known brand is garbage🤦🏽♀️ sooo yeah if you could my donut box and notice one is missing don’t judge us we ate it and didnt even try the rest to write this review

We ordered a half dozen donuts. The donuts we ordered were apple fritter strawberry frosted, chocolate frosted, strawberry frosted with sprinkles, glaze, and chocolate caramel. And of course, we had to get 12 donut holes! The donuts were incredibly fresh, and the customer service was fantastic. We’re definitely making this our new go to place.

Our neighborhood had these donuts after a 5k race and since then I've been dreaming about them regularly. For my daughter's birthday, she asked for these donuts over birthday cake. I think that says enough! Kid approved! Absolutely delicious! Worth every penny. I love all the options.

This spot had fresh donuts at 1:30pm in the afternoon and customers lined up to make purchases. Their donuts were fresh and parted tenderly with a nice level of glaze. They have an option to fill the donuts with flavors such as strawberry, raspberry, cream, and others. Definitely a good fine! Check them out when you're in Charlotte.
